Danger Beach has been added to the second (and final) line up of the Summer Vibes Festival (happening January 16th in Newcastle). Copies of his debut release Milky Way are almost sold out, but a digital split with Animals Revenge will be coming out later in the summer. Crash the Curb – How to Fall

I didn’t make it to this show but managed to track down some videos (None of Mornings i’m afraid). I’ve heard some really good things about both sets from Mornings and Crash the Curb – Hopefully I can catch them soon. Danger Beach has been writing songs for a new split EP with Animals Revenge. Prom Night, might be on there.

Thee Oh Sees, headed by John Dwyer (formerly of Coachwhips and Pink & Brown), brought their raucous live show to Canberra late last year. They sent the intimate setting of The Phoenix into a total frenzy playing brand new (and old) material. This was easily one of the best shows in Canberra and the band couldn’t have been nicer. Introducing TV Colours!!!!!!!!!, the new project by ex-Hate member/Local God known as Robin. The track “The Kids Are All Grown Up” will be on on his forthcoming 7″ which will be out on Dream Damage very soon. “Happy Holidays!!”

Last weekend ASSASSINS 88 literally brought the rain. It was so hot inside that the camera kept fogging up and by the end it was raining sweat. Pretty disgusting now that I think of it.
