Dash Jacket are a band based in Orange County, California. They play a mix of noisy pop and psychedelic punk and have an amazing knack for melody (and feedback). Their online release “Blah Blah” moves from wailing noise to slacker beach jams to jangly pop punk. They were recently posted on Pitchfork Forkast and are well deserved of the praise. Check them out.
